Traveladies Terms and Conditions

By registering and/or using the The TraveLadies website. You agree (for Yourself and on Your company's behalf) to the following rules and regulations without limitation or qualification (the "Agreement").

The TraveLadies may at any time revise this Agreement. You are bound by such revisions and should therefore periodically visit to review the current Agreement. Your continued use of the The TraveLadies website shall indicate Your acceptance of the Agreement as amended.

Reservations are not confirmed until an appropriate deposit is made to secure the trip request. Cancellation fees may apply to any package. Each vendor’s terms and conditions and policies will apply. Details of each vendor’s terms and conditions will be made available at time of booking and/or upon request.
As a reseller of travel, we are not liable for damages resulting from delays, disturbances, terrorist acts, omissions, accidents, or vendor and property quality or supplier changes. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation for lack of payment, and/or refuse service if we feel our company, employees or the client is at risk, harm or abuse, or for any other reason. Any disputes will be settled in the State of Virginia. Non-U.S. citizens must check any visa and re-entry requirements with their respective consulates
