Charges:
Who will charge my credit card when the reservation is made? This will vary based on the supplier used. We will advise you prior to charging your credit card how it will show up on your statement.
Do you charge a fee for service? If so, how much? We do not charge a fee for a standard booking but we do require a $25.00 per adult deposit that will be applied to your booking once you have booked your travel. If you chose not to use our services to book your package, this deposit will not be refunded. We do charge a fee for a customized itinerary. This fee will be based on the amount of time it takes to create your itinerary. If you are unsure if your itinerary is customized, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
Destinations:
Can you book trips to Europe, Middle East, Asia, or the South Pacific? We are a full service travel agency. We can book tours and packages to anywhere in the world you would like to go. We prefer to stick to our specialties, and therefore do not advertise other locations. We do have travel planners that have visited many of these destinations and would be happy to assist you in the destination of your choice.
Where are some of the most popular destinations for travelers? This is a difficult question to answer since every traveler has a different idea of what is “best” for them. We have found that with the economy being what it is, travel to the Caribbean and Mexico is a good fit for most budgets and interests. There are a wide range of properties and services available for every traveler.
Can you book business travel? We are a full service travel agency, and are equipped to book business travel as well as leisure travel.
Do you offer cruises? Yes, we are a full service travel agency, and we have a good working relationship with most major cruise operators.
Do you offer wedding packages? Yes! We can assist you in planning a destination wedding of any size, from 2 to 200+.
Health:
What health work do I need to travel abroad? This depends on where you are going. For up-to-date information, you can visit the US State Departments website here.
Are there medical facilities available when I travel? Most major tourist destinations have hospitals available however the quality of medical care varies greatly based on the destination. If you feel the need to have medical care available, please let us know during the planning process so we can recommend those destinations with advanced medical care available.
Can I drink the water? The answer to this question depends on the location you are visiting. Most resorts where the water is not potable will provide bottled water for their guests free of charge.
What if I have food allergies? If you have food allergies, please tell us in advance so we can contact the resorts you are looking at to ensure they can accommodate your needs. Most resorts are able to accommodate food allergies with a little advance notice.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs? Yes, most resorts are able to accommodate special dietary needs. If you, or a member of your party do have special dietary needs, please tell us during the planning process and we will work to find you the best fit for your needs. Most resorts are able to accommodate special dietary needs with a little advance notice.
Do I need vaccines? Depending on where you chose to travel, the normal vaccines you have been given will be sufficient, however, you can go to the CDC website here for an up-to-date listing of any special requirements. You should also speak with your regular physician before you travel so they can instruct you on any special needs.
Can I take prescription medication with me? Yes. A traveler going abroad with a preexisting medical problem should carry a letter from the attending physician, describing the medical condition and any prescription medications, including the generic names of prescribed drugs. Any medications being carried overseas should be left in their original containers and be clearly labeled. Travelers should check with the foreign embassy of the country they are visiting to make sure any required medications are not considered to be illegal narcotics. If you wear eyeglasses, take an extra pair with you. Pack medicines and extra eyeglasses in your hand luggage so they will be available in case your checked luggage is lost. To be extra secure, pack a backup supply of medicines and an additional pair of eyeglasses in your checked luggage.
If you have allergies, reactions to certain medications, foods, or insect bites, or other unique medical problems, consider wearing a “medical alert” bracelet. You may also wish to carry a letter from your physician explaining required treatment should you become ill.

Insurance:
Do you offer medical / travel insurance? Yes. Not only do we offer insurance, we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Please see our Travel Insurance page.
If I need to cancel my trip, what process do I need to go through? If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can take the proper steps. If you have purchased travel insurance, we will assist you in contacting the insurance provider to file your claim.
Traveling:
Is it safe to travel outside of the USA right now? All travel carries risk. By following standard safety precautions, most areas of the world are safe to travel to. We do regularly monitor the US Department of State website for the most current travel alert, and would not recommend travel to an area that was deemed unsafe.
Do you offer private car transfers? Yes, we can arrange private transfers for you. We also offer helicopter and boat transfers where available.
Do you offer Special Needs packages or transfers? Yes. We have several suppliers who work specifically with disabled travelers and are prepared to accommodate the special needs involved.
Do you book resorts for gay-only or alternative lifestyle resorts? No. We are not specialists in this area, and would refer any clients to an agency that specializes in that type of travel.
What does all-inclusive mean? Typically, all-inclusive means that all of your meals, beverages, daily and nightly entertainment, accommodations, gratuities and some sports are included in the package price that we give you. Some resorts offer more than others, or different inclusions in their packages. Your travel planner will make sure that you know what exactly is included in the price you have been given.
What does European package mean? European package or European Plan means that your meals and activities are not included in the package price.
What are non-motorized water-sports? Typically, these are inclusive of water sports that do not require an engine to enjoy. Water trikes, canoes, hobie cats, boogie boards and such. Some resorts include snorkeling trips in this category.
What is the tipping policy? Most all-inclusive resorts include gratuities in their price. Your travel planner will make sure you are aware of the tipping policy at your chosen resort.
What customs should I be aware of? Each area has its own set of customs. We recommend you use the tools available on the internet or at your local library to research customs for the area you are traveling to.
Are children allowed to travel with us? Children are welcome at most resorts that we sell. Please check our hotel master lists for those resorts that are family friendly and those who accept children with no special accommodations made.
Will I need currency exchange? If so, where can I go to get the best rates for exchanges? In many destinations, the US dollar is accepted. We do recommend that you carry a small amount of local currency for shopping trips and tipping outside your resort. The best rates can usually be found at ATMs, however most hotels do have a currency exchange desk that you can use.
Can I use my cell phone to call internationally? This will depend on your cell phone provider. We recommend that you check with your provider prior to traveling to make sure you are aware of their rates and policies concerning international calling.
Paperwork:
What paperwork do I need to travel abroad? Any travel outside the USA and its territories requires a valid passport. While there are countries that do not require a passport for entry, to re-enter the USA you will have to have a valid passport. Some countries require a visa prior to entry, but most will allow you to visit for a period of less than 30 days with an entry visa that is placed in your passport upon arrival at the destination. If there are special requirements for the destination you chose, your travel planner will be able to assist you in making those arrangements.
Do I need a passport or visa when I travel? If you are traveling within the USA or its territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Midway Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and American Samoa) you will not need a passport. For travel to any other country (including Canada and Mexico) you will require a passport for re-entry to the USA.
